Charlotte helped me rent out my studio flat in only 6 days, the speed was important to me as I could not afford to have a rent void. Even better the tenant we ended up with took a short term lease so the rent was 25% above market value. Bit of luck but hopefully this tenant will keep rolling as its a contractor from out of town.
