Great.Went to Dorking for women's clothing and they have a change room.
Since closing the Redhill and Crawley branches this is the closest store to try on M&S clothing.Spent over £100.Online is good but you can't beat going out and trying stuff.Bring back more stores please M&S.

Terrible customer service and given incorrect information regarding returning a unused, unopened face cream. Was basically told they don?t offer refunds on any beauty products! I questioned if this was something new and was told no it?s always been that way. I asked for their Custoner Service telephone number which they reluctantly gave me and unsurprisingly when I tried ringing it, was incorrect. I returned to the store and asked for the correct number. Both sales assistants struggled to find the number for some reason. I gave up and left. Following day I went to Epsom where the staff, customer service and knowledge was completely different. Obviously , I returned the item without a problem needless to say ?..

Got stared down by blonde middle aged female member of staff a solid 10 minutes before closing as if she wanted us out. I was about to buy a £75 turkey crown and two more boxes of meat. Needless to say they went back on the shelf. Appalling.

Visited this morning. The food area is a bit small, but the staff were pleasant, doing their work and there was actually someone on a till. A marked and pleasant contrast to the Reigate store.

Shopping experience was a bit strange. No one to ask for assistance e certainly the one overwhelmed lady in the food section who we ended up asking to ring both our food and clothes shopping.
I went downstairs and being my first time there I had no coins to pay for the parking. Went from Paystation to Paystation until I asked someone who also was struggling with coins as he had some but not enough. Finally found £1 but needed £1.30. Had an elderly lady in the car in uncomfortable heat.
She became irritable and I ended up driving off without paying as this charge entailed finding an atm to withdraw cash then get change possibly at a grocery store which would likely require I purchase something then going back to pay and generate a ticket.
The whole ordeal was frustrating but I am now worried I may get a fine in the mail for non payment through ANPR evidence or something. Someone please advise.

Normally a decent weekly overpriced shop for the better things in ya basket ?but yet another understaffed self service checkout nightmare?!Not enough profits for you?Will take my tin of hot chicken curry purchase elsewhere! ???

This is a delightful and charming local Marks and Spencer store, a small branch but just right for the rural market town of Dorking, located in St Martin's Walk right in the heart of Dorking with clothing a food hall and plenty of parking to the rear with a pay and display car park.

Friendly, helpful staff I swapped a jumper for a smaller size no problem. Clothes great quality. Also purchased some food Saturday and the young man on the till was very friendly and professional. He had a very rude customer served before myself and he handled it extremely well ,remained professional the whole time. A credit to the store.
