If we could give 10 stars we would. Simone and the whole team went above and beyond to make our wedding day as seamless as possible. My dad managed most of the initial ordering, and came away feeling like he?d made a friend in Simone. When I picked up, I felt so much warmth and genuine care that everything would be thought of, considered and no request was too much.
We sadly had a supplier take some of our stock from the site, before majestic picked up the remaining stock, and they ended up waivering their policy to only refund on full cases, so we didn?t lose as much money. A very kind gesture that meant a lot to us. They also gave us some free champagne and a personalised note to wish us well in our marriage. ?
