Real shame of a team down in Leaders Dorking. I made an enquiry online on an apartment I was interested in viewing on march 13th. Made a 2nd enquiry on the same place 2 days later as I had not heard from them. Then called them on March 18th only for them to tell me, "Sorry we had viewing there this morning and an offer was already put it in". At least have the decency to drop a potential client an email. Poor service in what is not a challenging industry.

We recently rented a house with Leaders. James went above and beyond to understand our needs and to find a house which worked for us. There's so much admin to go through when renting but leaders had great systems in place to make it all much easier than it could have been.
