The top waitress there just left for another job....big lose...and it shows... this WAS a great place. Service is now a bit hit and miss. Food, its OK though basic. Cakes they sometimes have it sometimes not. No one seems in charge anymore. This cafe is now struggling and it shows. Get consistent again.Parking: SeveralWheelchair accessibility: Easy access.

Very friendly staff and quick service. The toilets are clean and spacious, probably the best in Dorking. Good coffee too.

We dived in here after strolling up and down a freezing Dorking high street. We were lucky to get a table. The paninis and coffee were OK, nothing special,. The service was very good. Bizarrely the toilets were like something out of Chelsea flower show, very cosy!

We stopped by for a coffee and cake, we had a latte, mocha, blueberry muffin and a mince pie. All very lovely and the staff were very nice. Lovely little cafe with a real homely feel!

Terrible customer service!

Unfortunately, the espresso knowledge at this establishment fell short for me, and as an enthusiast, I believe that understanding the soul of coffee is paramount. While the customer service had a decent touch, my concern extended to their coffee brewing methods, which, in my opinion, did not meet expectations. The flavor of the coffee also left much to be desired. I offer this review as constructive criticism, hoping for improvements in the future.

What an absolute find this cafe was On our way home from a short break and fell upon this lovely cafe with great friendly staff, lovely service and great coffee The scent of candles filled the air and the effort gone into decorating for Christmas, including the loo! was fab. It was a real treat and made us smile ? Would recommend

We have been customers of this delightful place for many many years and will continue to be for many more.Always friendly, lovely Coffee and pastries and more importantly always open on public holidays, special days and regardless of the weather conditions, so reliable and so rare these days.Fiona is a first class Manager who runs an excellent business and she is lovely with it.

Just awful. Very expensive, and they forgot my wife?s order. 40 mins wasted and no apologies from staff. If you want a coffee or something to eat in Dorking, I suggest you go to Burgundy & Black instead.
