Wanted a flower arrangement for a birthday gift. Great selection on offer at reasonable prices.Sadly lacking was any interaction from the young girl serving. It was almost a chore for her to wrap them up. Don?t rush there if you want any customer appreciation.

The team at flowers by Elaine did an amazing job with supplying the specialist ceiling flower rings and blossom trees at Wotton House Dorking for our wedding. We recieved many comments on how great it looked and couldnt be happier. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

We had the most amazing, beautiful flowers for our wedding from flowers by Elaine. We received so many comments and compliments on how stunning and well put together the flowers were during the day and even after as photos have been shared with people who didn?t attend our wedding.We dealt with Sandra who was lovely and absolutely understood my vision and even helped me incorporate my something blue into my bouquet.We would always recommend flowers by Elaine and will be returning on our anniversary to try to recreate our beautiful wedding flowers!

So upset just been completely ripped off by this shop, I chose 3 lots of daffs, 1 bunch of tulips and 1 sweatpea when I added up the price of these it was around £20, the woman said she could wrap these so obviously I said yes, she then charged me £40 for the bunch, but it was too late to complain... how sad that people use days like mothers day to rip customers off.. won't be going there again

Highly recommend for Wedding Flowers. I needed a Florist who could work with my budget and still produce beautiful flowers. Flowers by Elaine did this perfectly. I am quite fussy and worry a lot but they reassured me all would be well and I was blown away by the understanding and creativity. The flower types and colours were identical to what I had requested. Super happy. X

Elaine and her team provided the flowers for our wedding in July 2022 at Wotton House. They were absolutely perfect and even better than I had imagined! From our initial meeting, Elaine listened to exactly what we wanted and provided her own invaluable professional input and we are truly grateful! I unfortunately do not know flowers very well, but having showed Elaine several photographs of bouquets that I liked, she was able to create a selection that matched my desired look with flowers that were in season. I didn't buy, I received these, some of the best quality flowers I have ever received for my birthday as the heat in June usually wilts them pretty quick....infact usually I receive them a little limp to begin with. I would definitely recommend....look how pretty they are ??

We got married this weekend at Burford Bridge, and Flowers by Elaine did our gorgeous flowers.They have been absolutely brilliant from the moment we met them. We knew straight away that they would be a safe pair of hands, even looking after us through a Covid related change of date.We wanted our flowers to be full of colour and to bring all the little decorations that we had together. They did not disappoint. They were absolutely gorgeous.The flowers were exactly what we were looking for and the rooms, buttonholes, hair flowers and cakes looked amazing and were still looking fresh 12 hours later.The day after the wedding Elaine and Sandra left the flowers in the barn for us, and every single bunch was taken away by a guest, with big grins on their faces.The flowers really tied everything together.
