I love my Pepperoni Passion (and Garlic Pizza with Cheese) but every time I get one it is different .... sometimes 'well done', sometimes 'OK' and sometimes it actually looks like the advert! Service is good and as it is a take out I can't really comment on the atmosphere but gave 4

I ordered some ice cream and cookies and the cookies were absolutely lovely however the ice cream was out of date and the brownie pieces were moldy I called back up and reported this and they apologized and told me I would get a full refund and voucher however I received neither of these and it has been over a week. Very disappointing and disgusting experience however employees were lovely

**Avoid avoid - poorly cooked food made me sick when pregnant and Domino?s refuse to accept any responsibility or offer any apology or refund!!**When we moved to Dorking a few years ago this Domino?s was one of the best we had used. Over the last year or so the quality has gone so downhill, with pizzas often being undercooked and soggy in the middle, toppings just piled onto the middle of the pizza meaning the cheese doesn?t cook properly.A few times the wrong toppings have been put on and then picked off (evident from the few remaining crumbs of chicken on my otherwise vegetarian pizzas?).The final straw was their pizza making me sick when I was heavily pregnant and then trying to sweep it under the carpet and deny all responsibility. The pizzas arrived in the usual quality, undercooked and sweaty cheese with toppings piled in one place preventing proper cooking.Both mine and my husband?s were so underdone that they were inedible, so we had to heat them further in our oven, but even then they just tasted rank so we left the majority of them and just vowed not to use dominos again.Both of us felt sick after eating them, and I was really unwell a few hours later. I filed a food safety complaint and emailed customer services separately. I told them I was heavily pregnant and that any stomach upsets could be dangerous at this stage so they really needed to take this seriously.I completed their ridiculous food safety investigation paperwork and did everything required of me, was assured someone would be in touch, nearly a month later and after following up twice I?ve heard nothing. They have just swept it under the carpet and don?t care about upholding their standards or local reputation.They have refused to offer any kind of refund whatsoever, and refused to accept any responsibility for the fact that the quality of their food was poor.We?ll never be using Domino?s again - shame on you!

Deffo do consider if you want hot food delivered then avoid these guys.. ive been a regulat with them and past few times food is being delivered cold and it just gets worse, 3 miles away journey takes 1 hour to deliver on a car!!
