He took me through the products and was able to recommend the best fit for my needs. Dan at the till kindly hid my bag with an order I collected from the store behind the counter before I went onto a hunt for paint (I was up late removing wallpaper the night before, and a little inattentive the next day). Every time I come to the store it’s a positive experience, I hope staff are well remunerated for their efforts.”
