Waiting for my 94 year old mothers medication delivery from Dorking, but it did not arrive.
I tried many times to ring the pharmacy, but the phone is never answered. Tried customer services, but, of course, you can not speak to an actual person and none of the options covered our problem. How on earth can we trace vital a medication delivery if you can't speak to any one!

Came in today to ask for advice on a mothers day present and Izzy one of the staff members was the most helpful giving me loads of options , and even offered me a voucher for the no7 range which I had no prior acknowledgement of now I will definitely be coming back with any further questions. Amazing service on the till and made everything so quick and easy !

This is fortunately not my regular chemist, my doctor for some reason sent my prescription to them by mistake, to have it sent to my normal chemist I must phone them to have them release the order to the vine.All very simple if they pick the phone up, admittedly they did once and a lady said "hello, hello, hello" and they hung up, after that the phone rang off in my total of 7 calls that they were unable to answer because it was going home time soon, (meanwhile I am in a pharmacy 7 miles away that seems to be able to answer their phone).So no not impressed I hope that they receive similar service in their private lives.

Very unhelpful and unwelcoming pharmacy staff.Always" too busy" doing nothing.On few occasions I asked for advice but got none. Just got send with nothing.On few occasions I asked for a product to be told they don't have it...to find it on the shelf right behind the staff member ????If they are out of stock for real it's rare they will bother to offer anything similar.Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I don't like it, looks like something from 80's with empty shelves. It's always understaffed. I visited to check new perfumes and I couldn't find anybody who could serve me,when somone turned up they couldn't find a magic key to open glass cupboards- that's why I prefer online shopping- much better experience and you can avoid incompetent people.Brownie points for an Asian lady who served me at no7 stand, lovely and professional, very helpful ? thank you

I'm autistic and extremely distressed when I wear anything on my face or neck. A staff member asked me to wear a mask and I told her I was exempt, she then asked for physical evidence to show that I really was exempt. Disgusting and from my knowledge actually unlawful. I'll be keeping an eye on this review.

Bog standard store but with really friendly staff. Good range of your basic health care and toiletery needs.
