Darren was absolutely amazing - friendly, skilful, knowledgeable and efficient. My bike was unusable and I was expecting it to be out of action for a while, but he took a look at it and started dealing with it immediately and did an incredible job. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

The team at BD have always been ready to help me sort any last minute issues. Re-indexing gears, fitting new tyres? really friendly and knowledgable staff and a great choice of parts and kit.Recently loaned me an E-hybrid to get to work during the strikes on London trains.Would really recommend BD for kit and servicing.

If I could leave this fantastic company 6 stars I would do so without hesitation. The most friendly, efficient, professional staff you could ever wish for. My amazing Rocky Mountain bike rental was ready and waiting on my arrival and did not disappoint. Having riden several 10s of thousands of miles on road bikes over the years this was undoubtedly one of my best days ever on two wheels. I cannot recommend this fantastic company highly enough.

Fantastic bike outpost in Dorking. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. And the ability to enjoy a lovely cappuccino and a cinnamon roll while my bike was repaired was a true plus. Great shop.

Mid way through the Castle to Coast triathlon, my bike seat snapped off but luckily I was near Bikes Direct UK! Darren was unbelievably helpful & stopped what he was doing to help me get back on the road. I managed to finish the race thanks to BDUK!! Thank you so much!!

I needed some tubeless tyres pumped up, or so I thought! The valves weren't long enough and the truest wouldn't snap onto the rims easily, however they made no fuss, sorted it out quickly and efficiently and for very good value. Also have a wide range of bikes and a fan cafe! Highly recommended.

Rented electric bikes today. Bikes were first class and service was brilliant - highly recommend. Handed bikes back, and finished the day with a drink at the cafe! Perfect day!!

Fantastic! We were visiting family in Dorking and decided we had to experience UK direct while we were here (We were travelling from NZ) We were recommended Bikes Direct and we're so pleased we went with the recommendation!We hired two Rockymountain ebikes for a day and had an absolute ball.Fantastic service, friendly and helpful staff and of course the great coffee! Great community cycle shop, servicing and cafe. Plenty of bike parking off road so always room for a group to head in mid ride. Great coffee and good food at really good prices.

Great shop with very knowledgeable staff.
Put my bike in for some work and did a Ebike hire at the same time, then back for a spot of lunch in the clunkers cafe to pick my bike up.
How easy is that!
