I have been to a few opticians but I have to say I have not had a better experience than this one at Cranleigh, I was looked after from start to finish, the staff are great, the manager is lovely and the optometrist is wonderful, I felt informed, cared for and confident that they would recommend the correct way forward for me, this will now be my new opticians, I would recommend to all. Thanks again.

Do not go. In my experience for the last two years. Service is dreadful. Staff do not know their patients. Constant change in personnel . I cannot recommend VE in Cranleigh
