On the 19th of feb 2025 i got a BMT sub when i got home and unwrapped it went to take a bite when i noticed hairs i opend the sub and to my surprise i sore a lot of hair . I'm not sure but to me it looked like pubic hair! Gross dont eat at Cranleigh subway

Haven?t been to subway for 2 years. Get my sandwich today asked for rotisserie chicken and got stared at for a good moment like I insulted the guy?.. Anyways eventually got a Caesar chicken and got a business lecture on top.I get to the salad section I ask the gent ?can I pick what I like?? He responds ?yes?. And all I wanted on top was jalapeños, sweet chilli and Caesar sauce. Guy puts jalapeños and sweet chilli on without an issue. When I asked for Caesar sauce I was told ?I can only swap not add to it as it?s a set menu? but nothing was mentioned when I asked for jalapeños. Anyways the manager then piped up and started to lecture me on ?if he were to do this with everyone he would go out of business? I stated ?what over a small amount of sauce? and he then actually asked me ?if I would want them to go out of business? where I responded ?I don?t care as I?m not from here? at this point I was ready to walk out without the sandwich that his colleague just made?..so the logic is ? the manager was worried about a small amount of sauce when he nearly just wasted a foot long sub due to his attitude?? the bloke was so rude and was speaking to me like I was a child. ?.. Does the manager not realise it?s about returning customers not a small amount of sauce. Lol. Avoid.

Great customer service but wasn't sure on the alegen list and just pointed to a blury peace of paper that I could bearly read. The staff didn't help in my choice because they didn't know what was in anything.
