I used to be able to eat 90% of their food and now they stock next to nothing for people with a dairy allergy. I can no longer eat all but 2 salads as they now contain cows milk. What is going on.the cheeses there was 1 I could eat and I think that they now no longer care about people with allergies. There is not 1 sandwich I can eat please please go back to your old ways where I can shop with ease and not take an hour to to find my tea which should only take 5 minutes

Excellent service in store and choice of self/staff checkout. Mostly consideration shown by other shoppers not a given in other supermarkets Looking after customers with attention to covid. Great range of foodstuffs usually regularly replenished and some fresh items competitively priced. Parking at back and generally a pleasure to shop here.

M&S Cranleigh are providing a fantastic service in these difficult times. The staff are very helpful, have not lost their sense of humour and are all a credit to the community. Jill and Janet and all their colleagues deserve a medal!
