We have used the services of Bright Care are since June 2023 to provide support to my wife who has multiple sclerosis. Our experience has been very positive. Bright Care is a well managed care provider with well trained, experienced carers who don't just 'go through the motions' but provide a high level of personal care with empathy. Where a new carer is assigned, to ensure she is familiar with my wife's needs and requirements, Bright Care arranges an orientation visit with an existing career and only charges for one carer.

We engaged with Bright Care in October 2023, in order to look after my father who has dementia but has still been living independently at home. Sam and her team in Cranleigh have been a fantastic find, allowing us to ease the day to day worry of his situation. All of the carers are totally reliable, professional, and always take the time to relate personally to the client. My father looks forward to each visit, and the chance to enjoy a lively conversation over breakfast, lunch or dinner - as well as accompanied walks from time to time. Any urgent issues have been dealt with very calmly, and suggestions / solutions then put in place with minimum delay. The Birdie app is also a great comfort, where you can read detailed notes for every visit written by the carer soon after they have left for the next client. We would highly recommend the Bright Care team to anyone looking for compassionate care services for their loved one, and thank the team for all of their support!

I have been highly satisfied with the team at Brightcare. They are the complete package; understanding, caring, compassionate and flexible. I enjoy seeing the large variety of carers from Bright Care.They are professional and they help me very much with my shopping and preparing my meals and take me to lots of places.They make my bed in the evenings.When it is washing day they operate my Hotpoint washing machine.
