David at Village Cars Cobham was a pleasure to deal with. Honest through and through; from initial contact, initial viewing/test drive, negotiation, and ensuring the small issues I noticed were dealt with prior to final purchase.2 days prior to meeting Dave, we had been to a different dealer to see an identically spec'd car at the same price point with ~2000 less miles, but couldn't trust or believe a word that dealer said.After that experience, Dave was a breath of fresh air. Don't expect the "standard" used car salesman rubbish from Village Cars, Dave will tell it as it is and not hide behind complete nonsense to pull the wool over your eyes.The takeaway from this review should be that Dave was swift, honest and easy to deal with.I am 100% sure that in the coming months nothing will go awry with the vehicle, but feel confident in the knowledge that if it does, Dave will be more than happy to assist.

Got Kia Sportage from them they sell all good with the car no issue,is consumming 1l of oil per 500miles and when i ring them they say is something normal,i got on engine blown head gasket,is oil leak on timing belt cover,don't recommend

Left my late step fathers vehicle for village cars on consignment to sell. As advised they would get us a more favorable price. It was only there a week and was sold receiving more than £2000 than all online offers. Funds were put into bank the following day. Definitely very happy with entire process and great advise offered.

Recently purchased a 64 plate Kia Carens from David at Village Cars Surrey, based in Cobham.David was very helpful and professional from start to finish. Having seen some other examples of the Carens at other garages we found this to be the best. Low milage, full main dealer service history and in very good condition for its age. Having looked a bit on the forecourt, there were other Kia's similar age and appear to be in good condition.David agreed to put a new MOT on the vehicle despite still having 3 months left. When this failed on a minor wear and tear issue, the work was completed within a day without hesitation.Another plus was that when I discovered I had lost my V5C for the vehicle I was trading in, David still agreed to complete the sale and was content for me to post the new one when I received it. This saved the time and effort in having to rearrange the day off to complete the deal. This alone is worth a high star rating but I'd stress that this was probably the exception rather than the norm.Communication from David was excellent, either via phone or email. This included a couple of follow up questions a few days after the sale, which he was happy to answer.Car is driving lovely and very pleased. Wouldn't hesitate to return to Village Cars in the future.Would definitely recommend especially if you're after a Kia. David seems to have a steady stock coming through.

After scouring the internet for an ideal first car for myself for months, I eventually ended up with this dealership. And what a good decision that was in the end. David was incredibly helpful and charitable all the way through. I can't find a single reason to give anything but 5 stars here.If you find yourself reading endless amounts of reviews trying to find the right dealer, I know exactly what it feels like to navigate a heap of fake reviews on the internet on both ends of the scale. I decided to go with Village Cars in the end because their reviews felt genuine to me, and their responses to the reviews also felt genuine. After going through with my purchase I can say that my gut feeling was spot on in the end.Good stuff, recommended. :)

My partner was looking to PX her car for a larger vehicle for the dog . We contacted Village Cars and from the first contact to the last we had a very good experience . David was very helpful with our numerous questions and nothing was too much trouble . We love the car we have bought , the quality has surpassed our expectations and it is top draw. I thoroughly recommend Village cars.

I booked an appointment to view a Discovery sport an it was everything and more described in the ad.David was very informative about the vehicle and a p/x price for my mini clubman was very reasonable.Garage was easy to find and given the opportunity in the future I would 100% use again.Great service and highly recommend Village cars.A pleasure to do business with.
