Although the same shop had served me previously by receiving my Quartz?s Rolex watch (as attached) and changing the battery somewhere else, the manager of the shop this morning refused to do the same job and stated that we haven?t done it before.
I?m upset because I live in Cobham and it?s very convenient for me to do it in this shop as I did it before.

Absolutely brilliant service. After 2 failed attempts at Staines branch I returned to the Timpsons at Cobham where I have previously been and the very smiley kind gentleman finally sorted and cut me a key that actually works so thank you so much. The only reason I used Staines was I had recently moved to Chertsey area. Well worth the drive to Cobham today ???

£15 for a new key fob battery and 10 seconds work to change it. Sorry, but that is outrageous! We should have said no but it was done by then. Only got a second star because they have been very helpful with watch batteries in the past.

Key-fob battery, 4 keys cut and 3 new watch batteries - with recommendation as to where specialist 4th watch battery could also be done. Very friendly & quick, but not alarmingly so
