Great range of frames and quick turnaround even over the Christmas period. The dispensing was thorough and makes excellent use of technology. I put the new glasses on and kew straight away that they were a perfect fit.

Amazing customer service, advance equipment and a large variety of glasses/frames. They ensured to take time when collecting my glasses, that they fitted correctly behind my ears. Before leaving, lovely little gestures like tightening my old pair of glasses to keep as spares and providing a case, as I had them kept in my pocket. And a complimentary bottle of lenses cleaner, which can be topped up any time in store. See you in 2 years time! Thank you

We joined the Optical Company earlier this year and could not be happier. The service that we receive is excellent. Without exception all the staff are extremely professional but very much delivered with a personal touch. Nothing is too much trouble for them and you feel that they genuinely care about all of their patients. Their machinery is very impressive and up to date. I personally have a family history of glaucoma but feel in very safe hands with their varied testing. We would not hesitate to recommend the Optical Company to anyone looking for a friendly and personal service.

From the moment I arrived, Sachin and John made me feel comfortable. The eye examination was very thorough and their selection of glasses is stunning. So much so I went back for a second pair. It is hard to find an optician that genuinely cares, but here with this team I have.

Sachin does a very in depth evaluation of your eye health on top of assessing vision changes with all the latest diagnostic equipment. Cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. My husband also visited recently and also had a great experience. Also very high end, fashionable and unique selection of frames.
