Such a lovely little store, neat/tidy and great service. I popped in for a Nars foundation right before Christmas, even during this busy time the staff member was friendly. I wish I knew the name of who served me (fair skin and hair if I remember correctly) as she was so helpful. They colour matched, didn?t rush anything and seemed to care about my experience in the store. My purchase was wrapped so nicely too!

What a lovely experience it was to shop at SpaceNK, I hadnt ever shopped here before and the atmosphere and staff were amazing. The lady that served me had red hair and was an absolute delight, she helped me pick skin care for my husband and wrapped the present with such care. I will certainly be visiting again!! Thank you.

This is absolutely unacceptable! My friends and I wanted to go to space nk to buy all our Christmas presents. A redhead woman with glasses, was following us around and giving us horrible looks. When we were having a look at the products - we used some of the testers - which clearly stated ?tester? the second time we used the testers we got kicked out ! The fact that they didn?t even know that we are only 10 and 12-year-olds spending all our Christmas money there, leave them in a bit of a sticky situation. Please do not shop here - we are never coming back. We normally have great experiences at other places but cobham was the worst we have ever been to.

When visiting this store the manager was following us around and made us feel uncomfortable, we were testing the products and then when we were testing the Sol De Janeiro sprays she without notice kicked us out of the store. When we asked another person why she said its because we sprayed too much of the perfume, I have done this pretty much every time Ive been here and this was very random?

Very good fully restocked in rare beauty and drunk elephant. Staff were very knowledgeable and kind. They even had Charlotte tilberry, summer Fridays and sol de janeiro

COBHAM SPACE NK, "A nightmare experience, a disturbing cocktail of agressive behaviour mixed with a lack of ethics". COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONALThe women who work in this branch appear to have a misinformed opinion that they are of an elevated rank, hence they treat the public as though we are trying to either defraud them, are begging not paying customers and that our presence is of little value to their business. They deserve a five star for rudeness, lack of empathy when dealing with disabled customers and a full 10/10 for degrading themselves by displaying inappropriate and unfriendly behaviour which has no place in a post covid retail environment.If you have taken the time to read this, please be kind to yourself and shop elsewhere, may I suggest Selfridges, there is a reason they have existed for so long, quailty customers services, unlike these amateurs.If you are a brand agent who are being stocked in space nk, may I suggest that your products are being misrepresented and you should use more professional stockist with ethical values at the core of their ethos.

Called ahead of visiting to enquire about availabilty of a particular product. They confirmed they had it so we made the 30 minute car journey to the store. When we arrived, the product held was not the one we had requested. They did not have stock so we had to order it for delivery. No real apology for the inconvenience and a lengthy wait due to till problems. The Manager did thank us for our patience for the wait however no apology was given for the mistake in advising us incorrectly on the availability of the item we came for.
