Went down to Silvermere for a Driver, 3 Wood and 5 Wood fitting last Sunday. Harry done my fitting, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I certainly would recommend Silver and especially Harry to do the fitting.

I am writing this review as I had the pleasure of receiving outstanding customer service from Joe Bennett recently while purchasing a pair of new golf shoes at Silvermere Golf Store.
I explained to him that I needed really comfortable shoes as I had an upcoming Golf trip abroad and he seemed genuinely keen to help me find the perfect choice of shoe.
He was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to understand my needs.
I was provided with thoughtful recommendations and steered away from designs that were very narrow as he could see that I have quite wide feet.
His friendly and professional approach made the entire experience so enjoyable and , having looked at shoes from several manufacturers , he ensured that I was completely satisfied with my chosen product made by Ecco.
I have worn them for almost a month now and can honestly say they have been the most comfortable (& stylish) shoes I have ever worn, straight out of the box!
I therefore highly recommend the excellent service provided by Joe and his colleagues to anyone looking for quality golf footwear together with top-notch customer support.

I bought a pair of golf shoes yesterday and was served by Joe Bennett. I am a female golfer with very large feet and he understood immediately what I was looking for. He was brilliant and I left with a very comfortable pair of shoes that I happily wore this morning! Thank you Joe!

I might have been their worst ever customer. I got custom fit for some really lovely srixon Zxi5 irons all the way back in March, the fitting was excellent for me and it was probably one of the easiest fittings ever because I knew what heads I wanted and I had a good idea what was wrong with the shafts in my old clubs. The fitter as expected knew exactly which ones to give me and they were perfect I was sorted within 10 minutes.
Aparantly fitted clubs tend to take 7-10 days to arrive but mine were delayed due to unavailability of the shafts (not silvermeres fault). First they were delayed for a month, then another month and I asked for my money back as it appeared they wouldn't arrive for my first golf holiday ever and I'd already had to play multiple comps without any irons at all because I sold my old ones to help pay for the new ones. (Just remembered there was a problem with the direct debit when I tried to set it up so I had to pay up front again not their fault).
They were kind enough to lend me free of charge a beautiful full set of Taylormade P790s to use indefinitely until my new clubs arrived! I went on to win my golf holiday, break 80 for the first time, then shoot 6 over as a 16hdc at my home course on my birthday a few days later.
I have called them probably about 20 times and there's been so many problems but the staff were always patient with me somehow and went out of their way to make sure i was happy and able to enjoy my golf so thanks to all of them for that.
I finally got them last week and I'm already loosing strokes off my hdc like nobody's buisness so thanks again I'm sure I'll be back for another fitting at some point even though I'm not local.

Horrendous customer service in shop, bought a pair of golf shoes, tried them out on the golf simulator took them back the next day because the were not right. Manager refused to change them and was very obnoxious and quite honestly rude. I would advise not to purchase from the establishment as the after sales service is extremely poor.

Had a brilliant experience here today, took my 6 year old son in to get some clubs and a glove. The staff were so helpful and kind to him and even gave him a free colourful golf ball which made his day! The guy who was helping us (wish I'd caught his name!) then found us on the putting green and gave my son a quick lesson on how to use his new putter which was so lovely, very impressed with both the professionalism and the kindness of the team! Will definitely be back ?

I purchased a pair of ladies Footjoy golf shoes as a present and when they arrived they were 'wide fit' but not described on the website as such. Had the website labelled them as 'wide fit', I would not have purchased them. Long conversation later with Silvermere they agreed that I should return the shoes but they were not so keen on refunding my postage costs despite the fact the mistake was not my fault - bit cheeky and not really the best business decision - I shall not shop with them again ?

An excellent choice of golf apparel. Edina must be one of the most helpful (and patient) store assistants I have ever met.
I will definitely come back for some additional equipment ahead of the summer season.
