I obviously didn?t have a great first experience so wanted to let others know. I contacted my local Aveda Salon on 7th August in Cobham to book Reflexology treatment and I had made it very clear to the staff member that I could do only 14th August due to child care issue. I had noted down the 14th on my calendar there and then so there wasn?t any confusion. I remember she was having problems on the system but that was soon corrected and she confirmed the date and time ( Monday 14th August to attend at 13:45-15:00pm). An email confirmation was sent which confirmed the time but not the date!I went to my appointment for 13:45 on Monday as stated but was told that there must be some confusion and the appointment is actually on Wednesday 16th August! I told Alison (staff member) I confirmed my appointment for Monday and I know I can?t have arranged the treatment for Wednesday as my husband is working. I arrange my appointment days when my husband is at home!She started telling me that Reflexology gets booked up one year in advance and customers book months in advance so there is no way I was booked for Monday! Honestly, I?m not concerned how long in advance customers are booking up..I?m disappointed how this whole appointment was handled and the error is clearly on part of Aveda.I didn?t go anywhere else on Monday incase I got stuck in traffic and didn?t want to miss the appointment. My whole day was wasted due to confusion surrounding this appointment.I was sent a text reminder but I responded ?yes? to the time shown and didn?t see that it had 16th August on there otherwise I could have called the branch to tell them of this error.All in all, just not pleased.

I sadly have to agree with the comments by another client. The owner is very rude in my experience. I visited on a quiet afternoon for a colour before a holiday. As I was leaving I was standing by reception waiting to pay, the owner Sally was standing there she didn?t say hello, didn?t acknowledge me and I?ve been going to this salon for several years. Nobody needs to be treated like that especially as this salon loves to talk about their tolerant values. My other appointment I had made I cancelled when I got home. As for the colour it lifted quickly and I had visible grey hair after a week despite using colour safe shampoo and conditioner. (And yes it was permanent colour)Not impressed at all and I?m certainly not paying their prices when the owner (who had no clients when I was there) couldn?t even say hello. The attitude laden reply to the other client just sums this place up. A rude arrogant, attitude isn?t going to wash in Cobham anymore people will go elsewhere. I will go to London in future where they don?t take their clients for granted.Services: Blowouts

Post on 9th October 2022:As requested by the owner, I reached out to the salon via email on October 5th. I have not heard from them since for the sloppy regrowth colour job. I feel cheated!My reply to the owner on 28 September 2022:This is certainly not the reply I expected! Simply irresponsible!May I suggest you please check your booking systems for an appointment from 10am to 2.15pm on September 6th! I was served by Senior Therapist, Laura for Aveda gelish manicure, Aveda pedicure + polish and Express Tulasara facial and by Advanced Technician, Billie for my hair. Surely I won?t be able to provide such details if I weren?t a customer!My first post on 28 September 2022:If there is an option for negative star rating, I would rate my experience as minus five!!! My first experience for Tinted Regrowth Half Head Colour provided by Advanced Technician, Billie is extremely unprofessional on 6 September 2022!!My appointments for face, nails and hair services were arranged well in advance in April/May to prepare for my wedding on September 9th. On September 6th, I was served by Billie. She is aware I needed my all new growth tinted for my wedding. I am not new to half head colour service. However, it was my first time for half head colour in the UK. I chose Sally Adams as it appears to be an established salon and it is so disappointing that the service I received did not live up to it?s name at all!As you can see from the uploaded photos, the colour was applied only on the surface of new growth! Besides, I walked out of the salon with the colour on my hairline!Please be warned if you?re considering Sally Adams in Cobham, UK.

I used to be an absolute fan of Sally Adams in Cobham and am not one to publicly rate when there's negative feedback - the last few times I've visited I've been extremely disappointed here.I'd booked a hair cut and colour for my wedding well in advance sharing it was really important as it was for my wedding. I was contacted the week prior and told the opening hours had changed and the appointment was cancelled. Normally apparently something would be added to the notes in the system but nothing was. Same with the mani pedi I had booked pre wedding. The hair appointment was rebooked after a couple of conversations and Billie (who is an incredible hair dressers and stylist) very kindly agreed to stay late.I booked with the booking system for a colour this weekend and was contacted to be told that the booking system doesn't allow for the correct time to be applied so that needed to be cancelled. I've tried calling now for a new colour but was told there was no way of knowing how long that would take (I did share that I'd spoken to the stylist about it previously but perhaps asking her was too difficult). I hate losing trust in a place as this has been a go to for me over the years but won't be going back.Services: Hairstyling

Visited the salon today & the owner (Sally) couldn't even be bothered talking to my wife while at the reception. She didn't even have a look at her. Fortunately the receptionist was very helpful but I definitely would not run my business this way

I'm very disappointed from Sally Adams salon in Cobham, because i have done the hair test and spoke one of the consultant to give me the quote for hair colour and hair cut trimming she said the cost will be £112 only as my hair is very short, then i went for my appointment today, done everything when i saw the price £265.50 I was really shocked because the price changes than I've been told, i was expecting email for the quotation of £112 even thou i went to my appointment but the end really surprises me and am very disappointed i can't go back there or recommend this salon, No explanation and not professional way. I have been told by the cashier there is miss-understanding. because who did my consultation is not around today.Venus PatorUpdate:Thanks for understanding my issue been solved great communication from Sally Adams management team.Venus Pastor.

Very professional, stuck rigidly to Covid-19 protective measures, very reassuring not only as an anxious customer returning to 'social activities' but also as a new customer of this salon.
