Sainsbury?s is a large chain, but this store is truly special. The layout is logical and well thought out, making it easy to find everything you need. The presentation of products is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Shopping here is a pleasant experience every time

I like shopping at Sainsburys but this shop tries my patience despite being my nearest. They have ditched the fresh food counters and the patisserie and a lot of own brand stuff is nowhere to be found or tucked away where it is difficult to find. Staff generally have a couldn't care less attitude(with some exceptions among the older employees). They are often out of stock on items especially fresh ingredients. All a bit meh.
Have also noticed a lot of recent positive reviews after the refit(frankly hardly worth the effort) have exactly the same wording - a bit of a red flag
