Not a good day for me. Very upset while my fuel cost is 40 pounds.the lady charge me 50 pounds when i check my Balance .very upset.
This rather took the edge off the experience and i am very doubtful of a return.even she didn?t say sorry???

Very large petrol station has so many pumps the service is excellent and so clean and so quick and your only reason I use the Sainsbury pump is because my bank gives me 5% discount my bank is Lloyds bank

Greggs by Sainsbury always late opening, they come to work as they want don't follow opening hours. Disappointing

Since recently, the auto car wash doesn't clean wheels properly anymore (using the Ultimate option). Wasn't the case before.
Raised the issue with staff on site but fell on deaf ears.
Had to take them to a hand car wash afterwards.

I just bought a chocolate which have a price £1.65 and with nectar card £1.25 and at the till I was charged £1.85 ?. Not good ?

I recently filled up here. Went to pay and they couldn't take payment due to system issues. Only option was to sign a slip that i owed and would sort in the next 7 days. Now i don't live nearby but was lucky enough to find a sainsbury fuel station on my way home 2 hours away. Made payment. But today was sent a solicitors letter demanding payment. Thank goodness I retained my slip. But this whole process is laborious and all the responsibility goes to the client for your problem and subsequent lack of consolidation of accounts when payment has been made. You have wasted my time and further caused more drama with this solicitors letter. Which hopefully will be sorted asap. Not impressed sainsburys, not impressed at all.

Avoid the jet wash, works ok for the first minute or two then dribbles water for the remainder of the time you paid for.

Had a problem with the ?Pay at Pump?. £51.95 was taken from my account without a drop of fuel having gone in. Though unresolved, Danny was really patient and kind when trying to help. Let?s hope my bank gets the money back because Sainsbury?s are apparently not implicated in the taking of my money at their pump.
