Today, I visited *Roberts Dyas* in the village of Cobham, Surrey, to send money for an investment abroad, and I can honestly say I was very pleased with the service I received. *David*, the staff member who assisted me, was extremely *friendly and polite*. Although he had a small issue with the printer, he handled the situation with great professionalism and quickly and efficiently resolved everything. His service was flawless and made the whole experience very pleasant. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of attentive and professional service. I will definitely return for any future needs!

Very poor service. Staff rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Not the first time we've had rudeness from the staff. In future we will shop at Robert Dyas Staines. Never shop again in Cobham!

I felt absolutely unwelcomed in this store the moment I walked in, after browsing for a product this store did not have I was stopped from leaving the shop by a cashier who asked to look in my bag as he believed I had stolen items. I have always been a regular at Robert dyas. I am not happy with the way I?ve been treated and won?t be returning anytime soon!
