Hostel vibes, holes in the walls, unflushed toilet, blocked sink and bugs in the bed... Honestly, don't do it!!

A well below par Premier Inn which seems out of place within its portfolio and brand standard. The room was not cleaned well. With cobwebs in the corner, mould around the windows and used towels in one of the draws. The soap dispenser has been poorly screwed to the walls and extractor fan is so loud it woke our child when used.Apart from a fast check in with no real need for hardly any conversation from the receptionist and a key drop box when leaving, there really wasn't any level of customer service or experience. After arriving late and having a young child I mentioned these issues to the receptionist early morning which was hardly worth upsetting a child who hadn't slept and moving rooms. The receptionist thanked me for my feedback! that's all. Very poor. The adjoining pub offered a good selection of food however our order was incorrect, the beer they offered wasn't working, the time for service was long, the pub was cold.Breakfast wasn't much better. Cold coffee in dispenser pumps which was irritating and takes a long time. Selection was poor of hot food.Plus points if any. Car park was free. Price was cheap (now I know why), location wasn't far away from where I was working and going with the family.Only really good if you drive though.I'll await the 20 days given for a response from the Premier Inn customer service team and hope its significantly better than the staff at the hotels response.Rooms: Poorly maintained, thin walls, echoing corridorHeating didn't work and a plug in was supplied which had 2 settings: red hot or freezing cold.

I?ll start with the good: location and price. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast were lovely. Breakfast was reasonable and I know I know it?s budget so I can?t expect the world however what I don?t expect is:The lady at the front desk, possible manager. She is a ?computer says no? woman. Asked for early check in (says online you can ask at the desk subject to availability). She immediately said ?no sorry no rooms ready yet, you?ll need to come back at two?. My husband wasn?t convinced by the immediate response so was about to ask (as anyone would) if she would kindly check and before he finished his sentence she said no. So I, having travelled 4 hours with 3 children. ?If you?d let him finish he was going to explain we have family staying so we?d like you ..? no. She cut me off again. Anyway, I reminded her that it?s two days before Christmas so please get some manners and some Christmas spirit and help us out. So she said ?well you can?t check in as your room isn?t ready but you can put your stuff in?. Great. Anyway, as it happened, the room was ready and we did check in. All she had to do was look. To have come back later would have been a huge inconvenience and I can?t believe her negative attitude. Clearly very lazy and dishonest. She spent so long trying to tell us why she couldn?t do x y z that it turns out she was just lying and couldn?t be bothered.Unhelpful and unwelcoming.Room smelt damp. But sheets were fresh.

As other reviews, this has got to be one of the worst Premier Inns I?ve stayed in. I feel sorry for the team who have to run this place, Whitbread are letting them down. Black mould on bathroom ceiling, bed lining covered in hairs / stains. Apparently no housekeeping between Christmas and new year - was given a refund without asking or attempting to remedy the issue of dirty sheets (on the first night of a three night stay).

This is one of the worst Premier Inns I have stayed in. After a day out in the cold at Silverstone race circuit and en route back to France, my husband, a friend and myself chose this hotel as a stopover before travelling to Dover the following day.On entering the room it was freezing cold as the window had been left open and the heating was off. We tried to turn up the heating but it would only go to 16 degrees C. We did not sleep due to the cold and asked for our money back.Bee the assistant manager was very helpful and explained how to use the thermostat and directed us to the instruction sheet but when we read it, it was completely different to what she had told us!Not part of the Premier but the restaurant/bar serving it was awful too so best to avoid both.

Good location with nice restaurant and ample parking. Rooms quiet despite being close to the main flight path from airport and always a comfy bed.

Great location in Cobham, easy drive to center of town for shops, bars, eateries and convenience stores. Beautiful town and surrounding countryside for walk, hike or explore. I was visiting friends in the area having just arrived to LHR transatlantic. After long travels it was superb to get a big, clean, comfy bed in a quiet, yet ultra convenient location. Surprised that there was no face flannel in room or available upon request. Fairmile Pub -evening meal was OK but stingy pie lacking meat filling. Charlie the waiter was very attentive and welcoming nonetheless. Buffet breakfast was way better, abundant choice and great value for money. Only main downside was 40 minute tailback trying to get off M25 at Junction 10 for this property. Would stay again and recommend. Hopefully after road work on M25 it will be easier to exit for this Inn. Mainly business traveler/guests and contractors during the business week.Rooms: Clean, efficient, cozy rooms with big comfy beds.Nearby activities: Very short drive to town center and other local villages in beautiful countryside.Safety: Safe and secure environment on property and in the neighborhood. Safe free self parking.Walkability: Easy local walking and hiking.Food & drinks: Good choice of menu and beers in onsite Pub - The Fairmile

Excellent location set slightly back from a main road, in its own grounds. This means that it is relatively quiet. Our room backed on to a rugby pitch anyway so was also peaceful. Lots of car parking. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Slightly small bathroom, but adequate for our needs. The staff are especially friendly and welcoming. Next door is a restaurant where you can get breakfast - dinner, and serves a good range of food options. We opted not to have our room serviced, but you can pick up drink sachets in the lobby and ask for towels etc. It's only 2 floors, but there's no lift.
