Easy to order off the app, slected a collection time slot and the order was ready when I arrived. Greeted by friendly staff and shown to the collection point. Very easy and will order again from this location.

This is a family favourite, although this evening the service was very poor. Pizza took 1+ hour to arrive (we had to get it ourselves from kitchen). Waiter said dessert would take as long as he was busy (rude and indifferent) so we had to leave without it, kids unhappy. Shame really as the food quality was good and we normally love it on a Saturday evening for a family meal. Hope they will fix the service and get a bit more organised in the future for other families.

Waited 25 minutes for the bill and mid way through order the waiter walked away and went to a different table. Others waited about 10 minutes before seated and left as never seated and kept being ignored.

We had a lovely lunch in pizza express Cobham ,service was impeccable and our meals were very tasty ..The service we received from our very attentive waiter made our stay most enjoyable..his name was Andrew .

Ordered via Deliveroo. Was over an hour and half later than expected delivery time. Food was stone cold. While waiting I had called both driver and restaurant. Driver had not been given my full order so went back for it and was kept waiting at restaurant for 30 mins for dough balls. Pizza express said they had nothing to do with why my driver was late and when I called them a second time an hour later , still with no food they didn?t pick up.

In house great, last night deliveroo order absolute crap! Worst delivery pizza ever and no fault of deliveroo. It was as if the pizza had been made and left on shelf for half hour prior to delivery. Salad was great, pizza worst ever. Paid for immediate delivery surcharge, and tracked rider so not deliveroo fault. Shame on you pizza express, totally let down and won't order takeaway service ever again from you. Pizza was hard, cold and worse than a supermarket frozen pizza that had been overcooked and left on shelf for half hour before serving. Horrible experience
....since writing this I received what seems their usual fob off to write to their feedback email address and doing absolutely jack about the issue.
To make it worse, the feedback team fobbed me off back to deliveroo, who were not at fault. Shame on you pizza express anyards yard. You served up a crap pizza and take no shame in doing nothing about it. Won't order takeaway again from your outlet ever again.

OK, this is the 3rd time we have been here as a family (party of 8) and had terrible service. We had booked for 6.30pm and didn't leave till 9pm and had 3 straight courses.
I don't blame the staff although they could be a little more enthusiastic and could have been more communicative. We waited 45 mins for the 'pudding' course. What is ruining this restuarant is the delivery service which seems to take a much higher priority than seated customers. Pizzas were flying out of the hatch for the moped warriors, whilst all the seated customers just have to wait! Its a joke! You need to sort this priority out - if customers make the effort to come along and eat in your restuarant, they should be much more important that those sitting at home complaining about how long it takes to get a pizza delivered!
Totally unacceptable service.

The staff here were really unwelcoming and impolite. did we catch them on a bad day or are they always this way? Will never return to find out.

I love the pizza express in Cheam. But it is always busy so make sure you book!
There's a new menu and boy there is so much to choose from plus there's a festive menu choice too.
My mate however wanted this mushroom bruschetta starter which no longer features on the menu but we have heard that if you ask that they will make it.
And they did which was awesome as she absolutely loves it.
Pizzas we're good as always. I always choose a Romana.
And for dessert I had the snowflake brownie which was also yum and my mate had the tiramisu. Which disappeared off her plate in about 30 seconds.
Dietary restrictions: They asked when we sat down to order.
