From the first enquiry Grace was extremely attentive, we got a phone call straight away to arrange an appointment and when we arrived everything was prepared. Grace knew what we wanted better than we did! Communication throughout was exceptional and the kitchen itself is incredible, the quality is so far above anything else and the fitter; Gav was a joy to have around. We did have a couple of niggles with some parts that weren?t quite right; but they were handled so professionally and quickly that it didn?t spoil anything. We would highly recommend JLH to anyone, they?re not the cheapest but given the quality we have received I would suggest they represent great value.

I am disappointed with the level of customer service provided regarding the completion of my kitchen. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and phone, I have not received any response. While the kitchens themselves are undoubtedly of high quality and come at a premium price, the customer service experience falls short of expectations. A brand of this caliber should ensure its customer support matches the excellence of its products.

Excellent kitchen design and efficient project management, with very quick responses to queries along the way. The Cobham showroom has a few examples of styles and colours but there are more to see in the Fulham branch, which is worth visiting.
