In a service station, can get quite busy early in the morning but opens at 5am.
A lot more expensive that Greegs on the high street.

When complained staff was rude.
Basic knowledge of products you sell surely should be the least you expect from a member of staff

If you?re in a hurry then go to any other shop at the services. No urgency, bad customer service and let?s not talk about time keeping. Opens at 6! Not 5! Just because the light are on and the shutter is open at knee height doesn?t make u open. Area manager needs to wake up and buy his staff an alarm clock and maybe some customer service lessons. Losing business every morning.

I use this Greggs regularly as I charge my car at Cobham several times a week. The guys here are always cheerful and helpful and work hard to keep up with the large quantity of customers they have. There are queues but that?s because people like the Greggs offering and it?s competitively priced. They queue are rarely longer than 5 mins which is better than McDonalds! They must be doing something right because people keep coming back. Special shout out to Sam who always has a smile and a ?good morning? even though he?s busy! I use Greggs all over the country as I travel nationally and in my opinion, this is the best one?..just wish the Belgian buns would last until the evening ??

Always a popular place, this one is located inside the M25 Cobham services. Everything that you would expect from a Greggs including a healthy range. Had the Mexican Chicken Flatbread and a coffee, lovely. Great place for a rest bite with plenty of seating and all the usual facilities near by.
