Great service. Lady who did the eye test was amazing, such a shame she was a locum, but a real asset to the profession.The lady in store was also very helpful and knowledgeable.Overall a great experience.

Sadly the customer service has not been good at all. Paid for contact lenses have been withheld without notice, due to not having a consultation despite being a client for years. The consultation rule was never explained and I had not been recalled. Lenses were simply withheld without notice. Subsequently, with no lenses, coming in to the shop, I was still refused until I had had a consultation. This should have been preempted before it was too late.Furthermore, I can now not seem to get a refund or get hold of anyone who will take responsibility and sort out the refund. Very badly managed and with staff attitude.

I was seriously impressed with the service we received in David Clulow in cobham today - the staff were amazing and Sam clearly very knowledgeable - nothing seemed too much trouble - my son is on crutches and he was offered a chair immediately which assisted hugely . Sam spent a lot of time guiding advising and chatting through what we were trying to achieve in buying a pair of sunglasses .. would definitely recommend -

An amazing experience, where the Optometrist was very though and professional. I also received an exceptional service from Sam who helped me sort out my prescription and frame. I found him very polite and I felt I received excellence service. Thank you :)

Deserves no stars, disgusting service.My 91 year old Mother has been waiting 5 weeks for her glasses to arrive, she was originally told 2 weeks. When phoning this morning they said there were with the courier, but didn't know when they were sent !!! These are designer glasses so not cheap.
