Avoid this boots at all costs the staff are unfriendly and unapproachable. Never using this boots again. The pharmacist on duty today Saturday with long black hair was rude in her approach and mannerism.

Absolutely appalling service. A lady next to me in the queue was waiting 15 minutes before she was even acknowledged and asked for her name despite the pharmacist looking at her multiple times. Definitely won't be coming back to your store again!

Weekend staff are very unhelpful rude and miserable. The pharmacist was on his phone and again not very helpful. I will continue to use Pearl as I always do. I don't know what possessed me to even go in there.

I just like to inform my noses was block and suffering from headache.I went to the shop for buying the nose spray.there was Four types of spray I just ask the lady what?s the difference between them.she told me I don?t have any idea.my questions is why she is here than.worst customer service the lady was rude. They should replace the staff . I will never spend the money again on that store

Found the older lady very rude and unhelpful today, came in to buy baby bits and to redeem my parenting club vouchers to be rudely told you don?t have them in stock and ?it?s a small store so why would we? as much as I understand and appreciate if they are not available you don?t have to look down and act rudely when I ask if you will be getting them in, as I don?t want to run around Surrey at 9 months pregnant! Telling me to press the find a store button isn?t exactly helpful when I did that to begin with and your store was the top of the list! When I pointed this out you became defensive and rude! There really was no need for it. However the younger lady at the till was lovely and caring and told me to please leave feedback when I obviously look disappointed and shocked at your behaviour.

Just can?t get through to anyone over the phone! Then it cut me off!
Have to say some of the reviews on here are either written by a professional copy writer or AI! Other than the pharmacist I found the staff to be very unfriendly and uninterested. Also Boots need to ensure all of their counter staff are trained to do refunds. Very embarrassing to see a huge queue form behind me. In the end another member of staff had to be called. In addition the shelves were empty of the cheaper unbranded pain killers! I wonder why.

Excellent Experience at Boots, Cobham Branch!I recently visited the Boots store in Cobham and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The exceptional management, the kind and polite manager, and the immaculate makeup and cosmetics section truly impressed me.From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the management at this branch is top-notch. The store layout was well-organised, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the overall positive atmosphere.I had the pleasure of interacting with the manager, who was not only knowledgeable about the products but also went above and beyond to assist me. Their warm and approachable behaviour made me feel valued as a customer, and I truly appreciated their dedication to ensuring a delightful shopping experience.The makeup and cosmetics section was an absolute delight. It was fully stocked with a wide range of products, and everything was neatly arranged and clean. The attention to detail in maintaining the section was evident, and it made browsing and choosing products a breeze.The cosmetics section at this branch was by far the best I've encountered compared to other Boots stores I've visited in different areas.Overall, my visit to the Cobham branch of Boots was fantastic, and I can confidently say that their management and staff set a high standard for customer service. I will undoubtedly be returning for all my makeup and cosmetic needs. This is the best chemist in the area by far. It?s made great by the staff and their focus on delivering the highest quality of care to their customersSince the manager Carmina has been in there has been a step in the right direction, along with the dispensary staff like Harsh, Oahn, maddy, and the other staff (El, Enny & Irena) are ever so helpful and polite. I would strongly recommend this store to anyone living in the Cobham area. Although they are busy they stay on top of their work and deliver a unique customer experience. I?ve never visited a pharmacy with such helpful, delightful and courteous people running the store. Hats off to all who work here and make it a truly magical place to pick up prescriptions as well as buy over the counter products and getting the best advice.There is a regular pharmacist Meena who delivers care of the highest quality, she has exceptional knowledge and is ever so sweet, with a beautiful bubbly personality. Thank you all for being a great team and I?ll be sure to be back.

Not much to say about it it's got everything we usually need it's got a nice reduce section and it usually stays open quite late
