We recently moved into our first rental , the customer service from steph& lucy was outstanding, the process was stress free and so fast. We had faced so many problems prior to this and were so happy when we met the team, they took care of us from step one all the way through. Outstanding customer service & such friendly staff would highly recommend the company and both steph and lucy!

I had a wonderful experience with APW Cobham which, as a lot of us know, is not always the case with an estate agency.Lucy and Steph were fantastic and helpful throughout our property search. With their assistance, we found the perfect place after weeks of looking. Charlie's efficiency in handling the move-in documents was impressive. As a new landlord I would definitely recommend the team at APW Cobham. They are professional, timely and very helpful in navigating some of the complexities with renting a property out. In particular Steph, Lucy, Simon and Charlie who helped me enormously throughout the process from marketing to finding a tenant. Although I am managing the property myself they are always on hand for advice. Thank you.

The flat that I eventually moved into was the first flat that I saw. Due to circumstances, I urgently needed to find a flat and saw quite a few to ensure that they met my requirements. After several viewings at various flats, with a number of Lettings Agents, I came back to APW. By now, time was very much against me. Lucy was there, all the way, to help me get through the admin processes in double-quick time and I got the keys to my new home in 7 days. Amazing.

Absolutely terrible experience with this agency today. We booked to view one of their rental properties with Lucy Fox. The first red flag was that we tried to call Lucy the morning of to double confirm the viewing and she didn?t get back to us, so we called the office who confirmed our appointment.We set off on our hour round trip and hit some traffic. We messaged Lucy directly on the WhatsApp number she had given us, she didn?t reply. We arrived 7 minutes late and nearly had a head on collision with Lucy who was driving extremely aggressively and almost rammed us off the single track road. She was very rude and almost hit our car (I don?t think she realised who we were).We arrived to the property obviously now unable to view as Lucy had left (without even calling us first to check and ignoring the message we sent her). We called the agency and explained the situation, all they could offer us was to reschedule for tomorrow morning. We declined as we had made an hour round trip to view and had not even been able to see the property- the agency seemed not to care.I am absolutely shocked at the service we received today- the house we were trying to view has been on the market for ages and I can see why as this agency is so unprofessional. Would NOT recommend APW.

I appreciate good approach and assistance from APW Cobham team with renting my first property.My budget, location preferences and required number of bedrooms were considered to select the suitable properties, and this was followed with viewings.Once I made an offer, Lucy assisted with all required arrangements to ensure i could move to new house in time for the start of school year.I happy with the services and will most likely use APW if I need to look for the property in the future.
