Food was terrible, and the service was definitely lacking, although I think they were short staffed. Kids were running wild everywhere, and the cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery was disgusting.

Unfortunately my experience was not pleasant. The food order took almost 2 hours, despite the pub being very quiet. And when food did finally come to our table we had to wait around 15 minutes for everyones mains to be delivered. We went up to ask about our food after 50 minutes but were told it would be 10 more minutes, we received the same message every time we went up over the next 50 minutes. I'm afraid I cannot recommend.

Place was empty on a Saturday night but had to wait over an hour and a half for food. Was told this was due to it being 'busy'. I could see the food order board, there were 7 orders that had been placed in the time we'd been waiting and all were 10-15 minutes apart. Food was then cold when it arrived and when sent back was clearly just nuked in the microwave. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the other half of the food ordered and only after going back up to ask for it, to be told the shots that had been ordered and that was taking priority.

Sadly this Restaurant collects one star reviews like a stray dog collects fleas. It's a bit like playing Russian Roullett with your taste buds The trouble is there's five bullets in the chamber of six. Do as I do when approaching this place just keep going. A total embarrassment to the GreeneKing branding..NEXT DAY RESPONSE...Thank you for responding so quickly to my review, But after two visits sometime ago I will NOT be wasting any more money at your establishment. There are better places very local to the Twynersh that serve far more enjoyable fare than you. You have your clientele just look after them.

Lovely staff very friendly food was good. Had the chicken and cheese sharer. Also they have kraken rum which is my favourite
