I wouldn't bother giving this pharmacy any ratings. Just been in to get a prescription dispensed for a box of antibiotics. I was the only customer in there at that time. After waiting 15 minutes and having to witness a male & female chatting about a delivery driver's failings, he had just been in, I could no longer stand it! I asked for my prescription back, which I noticed was still sitting in a basket, and said I would go elsewhere, I could see they were way too busy chatting! At no time was I rude, just stated the fact! Another customer had by this time been kept waiting and said to me I don't blame you! I happened to bump into her in town later she mentioned to me that the male staff member had bad mouthed me .....which i do not take to kindly too... ..
after my departure, very loudly to others customers who had joined the queue.
I went directly to Addlestone Pharmacy in the High Street my prescription was dispensed in 6 minutes, even though they had a shop full of customers . It was dealt with efficiently & politely.
Perhaps Lloyds Pharmacy you should take lessons from them in Customer Care Services!

The lady serving doesn?t even acknowledge you till she is good and ready. Even though it?s the type of business that sells itself, a bit of life in the people in the shop will be good for the community they are apparently serving.

Should not be even 1 star. I would say 0 stars for them because I went to pick up prescription for my mum and I?ve been to this pharmacy twice in 2 days. This female staff member is very rude and lacks any customer service skills . It?s like she has no interest in the job whatsoever and cannot be bothered to do her job properly. I honestly think she shouldnt be working there. Also i notice the member of staff in the back of the store does not communicate properly at all. The number of people in the queue waiting is getting ridiculous. I would never come back to this shop ever again!!

Service here has improved a lot recently, there seem to be more staff and I have got my prescriptions promptly without the long waits I have previously encountered.

I?ve been to this pharmacy twice in past few days and before that I hadn?t been for a long time so I noticed a new female staff member who is I think is very rude and lacks any customer service skills . It?s like she has no interest in the job whatsoever and every thing seems to be a chore for her to do . I think maybe some lessons in customer service wouldn?t go amiss tbh .

Booked a rapid lateral flow test last week on their webpage for my pre-departure flight. When I showed up, they said they didn't provide this service and their webpage malfunctioned. I asked if they had a record and they did, but they didn't bother to call or email me about this. They were able to call a closeby pharmacy to arrange it for me, but I am deeply dissappointed by the customer service offered by Lloyds.

It?s like something out of the dark ages. 30 minutes wait for them to fulfill a prescription by getting 3 packets out of a cupboard. It?s not like they get their chemistry set out. After 30 minutes they announced they only have 1 packet so I get the joy of going back. If they had said straight away I could have driven somewhere else.
