Honestly, I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews for this place (at least based on my experience). It was very busy so I was expecting to wait a long time for food. Within 2 minutes I had my food and it was both fresh and hot.
The price is reasonable too when you compare it to the £9 hot dog sold by Thorpe Park directly across from this place.
The atmosphere is also good when you consider it's a KFC, the decor ties in with the theme of the area, and the restaurant was also very clean with staff consistently cleaning tables after people left. This is great compared to the Burger King at the same park, which had cold food and filthy tables.
In conclusion, it's a decent place to eat if you're hungry at Thorpe Park.

There is a nice ceiling decoration in this fast food place but overall it is like most of the food locations in Thorpe Park- very average and overpriced.

Worst KFC in the UK
If you?re expecting a KFC experience here, you?re wrong, the staff missed half of my order, manager did nothing about it, much more expensive than your typical kfc, all the food here is pre prepared from frozen unlike what kfc says on their website. The KFC app does not work here and staff won?t say why. I will never come here again, I couldn?t recommend recommend to avoid this place any more. KFC really ought to close down this location as it is truly damaging their brand reputation.

I eat KFC every day and this has to be one of the worst KFC ever number one the lack of menu variety it?s so minimal and it?s limited and they don?t have everything and they charge way more than other places. Food quality is so terrible I don?t even know where to start. Food smells like vomit man?s and the food quality is so terrible I?d compensate a refund for KFC because of this shocking experience. I ordered a Krushem and it tasted like pure ice/water so understanding it?s probably the machine and hearing a little girl say to her dad next to me the same thing I asked to change it. The lady ( dark hair, small, glasses) with no name badge was extremely rude and said she?d change it but just added more watery, ice liquid to it which led to me having to go up again and complain. She then proceeded to be EXTREMELY RUDE despite me being polite and understanding its probably the machine. She then got a male involved who she SLATED ME TOO AND LIED THEN HE SAID IM COSTING THEM £10 BY COMPLAINING. Then?. I just gave up and asked for a refund that THEY offered as they wouldn?t change my drink?. THEY TOOK MY DRINK AND I NEVER RECIEVED MY REFUND. Extremely unprofessional, rude and standoffish. Should NOT be working in a busy environment and making customers uncomfortable. SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME HER NAME WHEN I ASKED TO COMPLAIN WHICH SAYS A LOT. ABSOLUTELY VILE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Bad bad bad service.

Money taken from my account, didn?t provide order number and manager on shift said that is technical issue at last and they will refund it automatically. I still haven?t received refund . At the same time was another 2 costumers with the same problem.

No gravy. Bad service. Sad and angry staff. Horrible queuing system. The food and drink is pre-prepared just waiting before anybody has ordered. Food is haphazardly prepared. Waste of time and money. We had the best day in Thorpe Park, this was the only bad experience. I recommend going anywhere else but here.

Normal KFC stuff, but there will never be anywhere to sit so take your food out
Parking: Massive car park outside thorpe
Kid-friendliness: Nothing inappropriate in the restaurant
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps up i guess

Staff have no respect. After queuing for 15+ minutes, i was told i was not standing in the line(after the manager had a go at their employee for not handling the line properly). Manager told me i was lying and should go to the back of the que(which was never gonna happen lol). luckily, others within the que vouched that we were in the que. there's more but its not an essay. Overall, staff are rude.
