Although we'll stocked and clean, the service here is very slow. I had to wait at the desk for nearly 10 minutes ringing the bell while one of the staff was outside working on his car and the other 3 staff were sat watching me from the back office.
Its an incredibly unprofessional store and if you can avoid it. I recommend you do.

Miserable unhelpful staff. That?s if you can actually find anyone to serve you. Went 3 times in one day to collect an order, every time there was a long queue with only one person serving?.refused to get any help?.I gave up and cancelled order?..this is not an isolated issue, has been like it for years?.was hoping they had improved?but sadly not?.can see by their responses to reviews that they don?t care?same wording for the response every time !!

Would have given 5 stars except for the Hard Glare I received when greeting the staff member behind the counter . Manners don't cost anything . Otherwise pleased with the quality of the part and its price .

Poor service and massively expensive, phoned for a replacement Bosch Battery for my Range Rover, quoted me £360, I asked if they could do any better as I can get the exact same battery online from Tayna Batteries for £158inc vat with next day delivery, the response was buy it from them then, which I?ve done! Charging £200 on top of the price the general public can buy it for is pure greed and daylight robbery, avoid this place and save yourself allot of money, the big guy on the front desk is also rude with no customer relation skills. Whenever I?ve been in your treated like you?re a nusance.

I waited in the queue for 10-15 minutes, and no one served me. When I asked if anyone was available, I was told there were no extra staff. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Very poor level of service on so many levels. The chap (large build, long tied up hair) we had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with on more than one occasion, could not hide his terrible manners as well as extremely poor attitude. In total we wasted over 40 minutes for something that could have been dealt with in a matter of minutes. Whilst it is evident reading the reviews how poor the service is in this branch for us we won't shop at Euro Car Parts anymore.
