Waited 20 minutes for a click and collect order. Only one person serving customers. Never wait longer than 5 minutes for click and collect services in places like screwfix / tool station why is this place so slow

They have no idea in the reception they are to slow and learning and everyday definite Prices they shouldn?t wear time each customer he has to wait 15-20 minutes and they don?t know nothing the stuff

Trade prices don't mean anything. If you check the Euro Car Parts website, prices are 99% of the time cheaper than trade.5 litres of oil coming out at £61.08 with Omnipart, £55.20 if I phone up and £51.14 to general public from ECP website. Something's gone wrong here I'm sure.
