Although we'll stocked and clean, the service here is very slow. I had to wait at the desk for nearly 10 minutes ringing the bell while one of the staff was outside working on his car and the other 3 staff were sat watching me from the back office.

Miserable unhelpful staff. That’s if you can actually find anyone to serve you. Went 3 times in one day to collect an order, every time there was a long queue with only one person serving….refused to get any help….I gave up and cancelled order…..this is not an isolated issue, has been like it for years….was hoping...
