I'm 66 years old and spent thousands in Costa over the years. The staff here INSIST that I have to have to have a lid on a takeaway cup that I'm drinking in store. I asked not to have a lid and Brittany then said if I don't like it I can go else where. I think that's very rude and not in line with Costa policy's. I also tried to pay with a 50 pound note and was refused saying it was in there policy not to accept it. I understand that but next day there was a sign on the door cash only.pmsl.so rude staff and dirty inside

Booked online . No communication by staff , our order was just dumped on the collection point and our name wasn?t called . Luckily my husband it there . Coffee had no taste baring in mind it was a caramel latte and there was no sauce in our wraps although it was in the description . Miserable staff with no personality . Will never visit or recommended this place to anyone . Starbucks all the way .

I am a regular customer, and unfortunately, I have to highlight the cleanliness is not great, especially when the manager is not around and because I have been noticing this happening often. Got in today, half of tables available, the waiter was collecting dishes from tables. I sat at one of the tables, which was dirty, as well as most of the available tables. The waiter then cleaned just the one table, closer to the till, looked around and put the spray aside and off she went. All the other tables, including the one where I was, didn't get the chance to get cleaned. Hope this improves.

Quite a large branch of costa, service is a bit hit and miss like your typical Costa, don't have high expectations and you will be fine.

Avoid at all cost!!!! We asked whether the sandwiches are qualified for meal deals and the barista said yes but still charged them separately. Made them aware about this but the response was so rude and aggressive towards us. Staff needs to be trained or the franchise owner needs to hire the right staff.

Best Costa we visit. Friendly, efficient staff. Quality of coffee is excellent. Place is clean and tidy with seating inside and out.
