Normally like Waitrose supermarkets. But the this branch does nothing to deter to customers parking in the the 'no waiting' bus stop outside, dispite Waitrose having car park. Often causing traffc chaos. But on the 31.08.25 a grey Audi DA67 YAK spent a considerable amount of time hogging this bus stop. Then a middle aged member of waitrose staff appeared at 16.45 to load several bags into this this Audi, when I saw it was a member of Waitrose staff being inconsiderate to others I was annoyed. When I asked her what is wrong with the Waitrose car she was very rude and failed to answer my question.

Great shop, declining staff quality nowadays from high standards previously, limited stock but still a local Waitrose...they will have to improve on their strengths if the want to survive among the newcomers in town ...about time management put pressure on whoever is responsible for caroark and external space to clean up and refresh the area..

Decent store with a good selection of products and the store has the benefit of having access from a multi storey carpark and Cater ham train station next door.

Absolutely awful stuck up unprofessional staff , rude and act as if they work in royal household , disgusting attitude , only use self check out in this awful shop if you want stress free shopping and even then they will find a way to annoy the customers

Super racist staff that do not care about customers who are not white.
Even when a customer points out that someone needs help the staff member says ?that does not matter? and keeps on chatting to her friend ?
Just horrible all around!
@Kayleigh - Check your CCTV around 15:45/55 today at the service help desk if you genuinely want to know.

Looking like a 2nd rate supermarket, many regular products missing, unopened boxes of products on top shelf used for storage rather than display, reduced number of staff on checkouts. Shame really.

Manger and other staff followed me around the shop. I?m 20 years old. And felt intimidated and humiliated I was only looking for something and yet they have the audacity to follow absolutely pathetic. ?
