Dirty pool area not pleased with the showers or changing rooms not clean broken wood in sauna I feel that the pool also has hygiene problems as I have been this week to the pool and have been unwell

Awful gym, poor facilities, members themselves are lovely however the staff and management are incredibly rude, belittling, dismissive and invalidating. Needs a clean, shower controls hanging out the wall, small pool roped off and out of action; and that was just me using the pool for a lesson for the first time. Not a very inspiring place to do any exercise.
