I had a contact lenses and eye test on 18/08
I have 3 prescriptions
Regular distance
Over-readers when I?m wearing contact lenses
Reading glasses
When I got home the printout didn?t include a reading glasses (I left mine at a friends house so won?t have any for a week) prescription and when I went back into the branch to ask I was told I would have to come back in for another eye test
When questioned this as I was already sat in store due to the error I was handed across to another person who hand wrote a prescription.

I queried this because it was showing as a - (minus) and I associate this with distance prescriptions.
I was told ?it?s simple maths? taking the 2 other prescriptions and minus one from the other.
Looking online to get a cheap pair to tide me over however all the reading glasses start with a +
To try and get round this I plumped for a pair of + 1.75 and they don?t work for reading without my contact lenses but do work with my contact lenses.
So I have no idea what my reading prescription is and am without glasses unless I put my contact lenses in.

5 stars and big shout out to Caterham Specsavers for helping me out when my prescription glasses frame broke, I managed to buy one online as now out of stock and they swapped over my lenses in 5 minutes and free of charge! And I am not a regular customer! I will become one for sure now though: great, professional service with a smile! thanks!

Booked an online rdv, simple and easy to negotiate.
Was emailed and text with reminders and what to expect.
On the day the rdv 45 minutes to an hour, full eye check. Good quality glasses chosen for pick up in 2 weeks.
Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient.
