Terrible service. Ordered our meal 3 hours ago, still hasn?t arrived. I?ve tried calling 18 times and they won?t answer the phone. They?ve taken my money but haven?t made the pizzas, kept me waiting for 3 hours before I?ve given up and had to ordered else where. Disgusting service! I want a refund. How could you taken peoples money, make them wait HOURS for it not to show, and refuse to answer the phone. I will be speaking to a manager tomorrow about this. Absolutely disgusting. If you can?t actually handle how busy it is, turn off takeaways, don?t take people?s hard earned money and not bother to answer the phone or even make the food they?ve ordered.

Very understaffed for half-term rush. Having 2 servers for the whole restaurant ,including deliveries and answering calls which is ridiculous. Whoever did the staff structure for this needs sacking. The servers were extremely pleasant and did their best. However, the service was slow and it was just so full of people due to the slow turn around. We literally had to run to get our cars. We thought we would have plenty of time but it took over an hour to get out food and eat it . So this left a bad taste in my mouth, I wouldn't go to this branch again.

Place was only a third full, but service was terrible. Starters unimpressive. Main course arrived for my gf - pasta that had been obviously microwaved (penne that was tough at the ends), mine turned up 15 minutes later once I'd asked out loud where my meal had gotten to as our waiter had disappeared. We also got sat next to the deliveries hatch - complete with doorbell - lovely.
In short, £63 for food that my children could have prepared better, and a waiter that could totally GAF - to the point of 'forgetitng' further drinks we'd ordered (to cope with the food). We ended up having to pay at the counter because we asked for the bill and.....and again, nobody cared.
Used to be a fantastic place. Not any more. Avoid like the plague.
Now look at the manager responding to poor reviews over and over with the same generic waffle. Wake up mate, do something with your restaurant instead of assuming that any reply on google will do :-)

The strangest experience I have ever had from a "professional" establishment! Ordered online for a collection, when we turned up we were told to wait. After 30 minutes, the , manager comes out and says they have run out of dough. At this point we just wanted a refund so we can buy our dinner elsewhere, but the manager informed us she can't give us a refund, or our food. Is this even legal? After wasting another hour just going around in circles, we left. Absolutely ridiculous!

Great service from a really enthusiastic member of staff. The food was good as usual, if not spectacular. It was very quiet when we visited.

awful place. Feels like you have no space as the workers are constantly running around you, food was mid, and they forcefully charge an expensive service fee even though the service was horrendous. the guy serving us had no hygiene and you could smell him from multiple metred away. When he served out food he had his armpits right in our faces and it was the worse thing I had ever smelled. Awful place do not recommend

We had very nice dinner in Pizza Express Caterham with my son. The team was lovely and very friendly. The food was fresh and very tasty. I will visit again soon.
