Terrible service. Ordered our meal 3 hours ago, still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried calling 18 times and they won’t answer the phone. Very understaffed for half-term rush. Having 2 servers for the whole restaurant ,including deliveries and answering calls which is ridiculous. Whoever did the staff structure for this needs sacking.
