Unfortunately my delivery from Caterham Papa Jon?s went in the bin. It was Luke warm when it was delivered which meant I had to turn the oven on and it was horrible. £25 in the bin. Never again. The service to take your money is 5 star, everything else.. terrible.

Food arrived 25 mins AFTER the tracker had said it had arrived and after I called twice. Delivery driver was very pleasant but food was just about warm. Order was correct but maybe Fridays are this busy OR too many orders trying to be delivered all at once by one driver.

Ordered purely because it was in the list of ?food that arrives in 30mins?. Over an hour later it arrived luke warm. I suggested to the driver that it was cold, he then opened the box and put the back of his hand on my pizza to explain it was hot. It wasn?t. And now I have a pizza that someone?s had their hand in. Not impressed.

Not good very slow and poor service. Be warned you wait a long time for your delivery far longer than domino's delivery.on the same street.
tracking service is comical.
They take my review as a result of two bad experience's.

Ordered 2 pizzas, one being vegan as one of us is clearly a vegan (who would order vegan cheese otherwise, it's pretty disgusting). Got a call back and was told they had run out of vegan cheese, and asked us to swap to a different pizza. (Well you have already said that you don't have vegan cheese, so how are you going to offer a vegan friendly pizza if you have no vegan cheese? ) We told them no thanks, we'll just cancel the order please. The guy passed the phone over to someone else. "Well we can deliver one pizza tonight, and can deliver the other pizza tomorrow night for you". Erm.... No thanks. We wanted to eat it tonight. "It's only 1 pizza"... What do you mean it's only 1 pizza? It's someones dinner!" And why should we pay for 2 pizzas and get 1? We'd just like a refund! We were then told that they can't process a refund, as they don't have the authority, and we should ring back tomorrow after 5pm as there will be a manager.

I got the complete wrong order when there driver delivered?tried to contact someone (store is shut) i understand that its was almost 12:00am but its not that hard to read the address properly on the order + i was allergic to some of the ingredients in the wrong order, thank god i did eat it.
