The regular employees at this bank, the ones who are always there, are wonderful people and very helpful. They get things done quickly. But those who come from outside, like temporary staff or people who are there just for the day—they seem to come just to cause stress for others.

Lovely helpful staff. The only thing is that they don't open on Saturdays. I hope the branch remains at this location (Caterham) for its customers - in particular for people who do not like to use on line banking or cash machines.
