“We have experienced some difficulty previously with being able to contact the store and it had been closed a couple of times (a while back) on a Saturday. We went today for an eye test and everything went smoothly. Sam was really helpful in helping my husband & I choose some new glasses and we received good service during our visit this morning from all the staff. It all seems to be much more organised now.”
