Placed an order via uber. Still hadnt cancled order. Uber are saying restaurant have to. Restatirsnt are saying uber have to. I've spent 2 hours of life waiting for a refund of pizza that didn't get delivered 3 miles down the road.
Like an actual joke. I've placed an order with Papa Johns and was delivered within 20 mins. I want a full refund and asap. Nearly 50 quid on pizza and charges and not a single bit of help

I have ordered from caterham lots of times and never had a problem but the last 2 times I have had to wait an hour plus not acceptable I have very good description and direction whare I live ,maybe they need to improve on the drivers knowledge of areas !

Just wanted to pass on a top review to Lucas at Caterham store who helped me with an order I messed up, nothing Dominos did. But he helped me rectify the order and very kindly quickly.

Disgusting attitude and incompetent ?chefs?. We ordered a half and half pizza, one half was the Christmas pizza. We specifically removed the cranberry sauce as my partner is allergic to something in cranberries. But lo and behold, cranberry sauce smothered all over it. I understand the whole cross contamination thing when ordering half and half, however after removing the sauce and adding extra cheese, I thought it may make them look at the order form properly. Emailed Humam Al Hashmi (who is as helpful as a chocolate teapot) to explain the severity and asked for a refund for just the pizza (we ordered a few things) and all they did was say sorry here?s a free pizza next time you order. Really? This could have put my partner in sever danger and ended up with him in hospital or worse and all Humam Al Hashmi can do is give me a free pizza? As if I?m going to want food from there again. This isn?t the first time I?ve had problems with this branch. It puts a downer on caterham and I wish it would be shut down. Get a grip guys seriously. Read your orders properly and if you?ve got free pizzas the hand out, go and give it to the homeless.

Probably one of the worst experiences from a Dominos branch. Placed small order of chicken kickers expecting two sauces. No sauces were delivered. Called the branch several times and kept getting put on hold. Of course I am a customer who?s paid for an order and the product has not been delivered correctly. Was told that they will find out if a driver can drop some off but still kept getting put on hold. Finally called back and asked to speak to the manager who said he can give me free things next time and sorry that my order has gone cold and has no sauces but accused me that I said I didn?t want sauces however I placed an online order which confirms that I requested the sauces. The manager then said that he will send out a box which will take over an hour because they have 50 orders to deal with bearing in mind. I?m just like any other customer who is paid for their order. Ask the manager to confirm that this is definitely been placed and that can expect the food to be delivered within the hour and the manager confirmed. I then asked the manager what his name was for reference and he went quiet and said VA and then just put the phone down. Absolutely appalling service, regardless of how busy they are. Probably would avoid it in future.
