I went into my local costa today, shockingly slow service despite being the only ones in the line and 2 workers free to help but didn?t. I asked for a millionaire shortbread and a hot chocolate and requested marshmallows and cream. However when I asked for these I was given a drink without them after already waiting over 10 minutes for my drink. This really disappointed me and I will not be returning any time soon. Hope this helps others.

Their store manager, Jackson, is the most pleasant person I have ever met; he genuinely cares about his customers! I love Costa but didn't have a card because my Apple Store is in another country, and I couldn?t download the app. Jackson fixed that immediately. He helped me register, assisted me in downloading the card using the special app for cards, and even created a shortcut from my launchpad straight to the Costa website. I essentially have an app now! I wish more people took such pride in their work and showed so much love for their customers. Don't even need to be mentioned that he genuinely cared about what can I choose for breakfast as I couldn't decide ?
(My visit was on February 20th at 9:00 AM.)
Again, Thank you, not just for the app, but for being so great with people!

Very well located Cafe-shop. Could be my preferred Café. There are a few aspects that make poor first impressions: the lobby doesn't look clean (floor and tables), there's no access to the toilet and a part of the lobby is not accessible.

Not really impressed with the overall place. Staff are friendly enough, coffee is mediocre, expensive.
It was quite quiet when I was there, however the tables hadn't been cleared or cleaned, the chappie doing it either had no idea how to do a proper job or couldn't care less, luckily I come here occasionally

I've been to this location several times and the team of guys that work here, work extremely hard and are very pleasant. On a few occasions I've noticed that there is a middle aged lady with glasses who may be the Manager (name begins with "G", I couldn't read her full name badge), who has a horrible manner in the way she speaks to the staff. She barks at them, intrrupts when they are trying to serve, and honestly looks like she doesn't want to be there! There is no excuse for speaking to team members the way she does, especially when it causes a scene infront of customers. If she is the Manager, she should look for a new job and learn to talk to people with a nicer tone. ? Four stars go to the lads that are trying their hardest to serve customers.

Went To This Place And Loved It ?, Was On Vacation From USA And Had Brunch There Amazing Service Great Stuff , The Place Was So Busy But Staff & Manager Was Supper Nice Keeping The Atmosphere In High Spirits. All Of The Staff Is familiar with their Customers The bonding Was Great To C & Going Three Time There Made Me Feel The Same That The Staff Knows Me & My Family. Loved It

The boss is a shouter. His staff must hate him. This ruins the atmosphere. Drinks are below par due to lack of consistency. Different every time, with sprinkles, without sprinkles, with sauce around cup or without. With sauce on the cream or left plain. It should be the same regardless of branch but this branch is a lottery, it depends who serves you.

The food was cooked well.
Service was a bit all over the place. No jam given with teacakes, although paid for. Had to wait quite a while for the egg muffin. But it was nice.
Drinks were made well.
