i placed an order through uber eats and my order was delivered by THUSHYANTHAN and the delivery transaction was absolutely appalling. not only did i state my date of birth clearly being old enough and the driver DID NOT pass it over until repeated 4 times, then goes ahead to misgender me calling me a ?HE? when im clearly a female. Absolutely Disgusting.?

Card reader kept flashing declined before I tapped my card then he said it has declined checked my bank and payment has come out they then checked even though I showed proof and he said it saying we haven't taking payment but they have avoid the place and the card machine

Always long queues and staff don?t identify this and jump on the checkouts to reduce waiting time. They seem very short staffed always. Avoid shopping here if you can.

The staff can be a bit hit and miss, some are really helpful and friendly, others not so much! The queues can be very long which blocks the aisles which ca be a bit of a pain as there'snot that much space to move around in here. Decent range of products though and reasonable prices, there are usually some good offers on as well. Free parking in the car park round the back, it's a shame customers don't use this and instead clog up the road outside, with some sometimes downright dangerous parking!

If I could give negative 5 I would. Terrible store. Don't make online orders, they either won't bother to turn up and not inform you they won't or theyll send all the wrong stuff.

If I had an option for a minus 1 that is what I would put for this store. One part of my order didn?t arrive I called spoke to a rude sales assistant and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she said she wouldn?t interrupt his lunch just for me. All I wanted was the items I?d ordered not a load of attitude from some diva making it clear she wasn?t going to help. I will avoid co op at all costs now if that?s their attitude to customers who don?t get what they?ve paid for.
