Visited today to get our toddler his first pair of shoes. He was so wriggly and sad but the staff were extremely patient, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. He was fitted quickly and efficiently. Fantastic service. Happy mum and eventually a happy toddler who now likes to run off at every opportunity in his comfy new shoes.

We visited the Caterham branch last week to have my children's school shoes fitted. We were assisted by Callum who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He made my children feel at ease and although the store was busy we did not feel rushed at all. Every store needs a Callum, we have been using other Clarks stores but will definitely be returning to this branch, thank you!

We came in today for last minute school shoes for my nearly 8 year old. Melissa helped us out and was incredibly knowledgeable and careful. She had him try multiple pairs of shoes, checked the ankle fit and assessed how much the shoes would stretch in the future. In the end, she steered us towards a pair that not only fit well but were on sale - a bonus. Excellent customer service.

Nice store, always clean, fresh, and vibrant inside.The staff are very polite and happy to help with any possible needs or concerns.The only downside is the store is relatively small for the amount of stock I imagine they could do with putting on display.Still, I like that the store has two entrances because it's on the corner where the main road with shops and pedestrian access meets a high-street that's been pedestrianised (with more shops).The Clarks store boasts a lot of light inside at all times since the two shop sides that face outwards are mainly windows, so this gives it a very airy feeling inside.

Amazing staff, I came with my daughter and twin granddaughter?s aged 3 (one who has very special needs ) today.
