Absolute shocking experience. Pharmacist would prefer to attend to phones rather than customers who have actually made the effort to go into the pharmacy. When attended pharmacist was so vague and drippy the 30 min wait really wasnt worth it. AVOID!

My prescription for cholesterol had not come through from GP. Asked for a few tablets - 2. The pharmacist checked and said 'no' and 'cannot allow for common occurance'. She said I had asked for metformin in the past. Yes, that was once, years ago. Very disappointing behaviour. Unnecessarily unhelpful.

Appalling customer service..one male walking around with his hands in his pockets no interest in helping anyone..female staff running around like headless chickens making no eye contact with anyone both in pharmacy n main till..I actually walked out ..queue at both tills..nobody in charge ridiculous situation
