Went here for my daughters 18th birthday meal, I did mention the celebratory event to the waiter but this was ignored I had hoped for atleast some sort of recognition of this!
Food was nice.

My children recently took me for a meal to celebrate Mother's Day. When we arrived they said we had the table for an hour and a half. We weren't told this at booking and it's definitely not enough time to enjoy a meal. The starter wasnt hot and the mushroom pasta had hardly any mushrooms in it. I expected it to have large pieces of mushroom but it had a very small amount of tiny chopped up pieces.

The service was rushed and poor throughout to the point that four desserts were forgotten yet charged for. I had to chase the staff up regarding the desserts. At the time of booking I was never informed that there was a set menu. Had i of known, then i would have chose a different venue for my daughters birthday. In addition, the Beef & Chianti Ragu is awful and obviously an overpriced small portioned microwave meal. I wont be returning to this restaurant in a hurry.

Had an amazing mother's day meal here and Macawleigh was a fantastic server - he spent time helping us go through the gluten free options for my partner who is Coeliac and made our first meal out together since having our little one an absolute breeze. Service was amazing and the food was brilliant- 10/10
